The location of the hotel was impressive with a great view of nature. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was polite. The restaurant was good, especially the local dishes. They also had great shuttle service.
The hotel was a bit far from the city center, which made it difficult to find things to do. The hot springs and other amenities at the hotel were just average, which was a bit disappointing. The breakfast options were limited, and some dishes lacked flavor. It was also quite expensive, especially for the small size of the hotel. it was a decent experience, but not worth the high cost.

We had an amazing stay here. The hotel shuttle service was convenient. The staff were friendly, professional, and provided excellent service. The onsen was refreshing and the hotel had a beautiful garden. We recommend this hotel for those who love a peaceful atmosphere.

The hot springs were a nice way to relax and spend quality time with my partner. The inn had spacious rooms and was clean, making it easy to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The Japanese-style dinner and breakfast were good enough, and we appreciated the variety of options for Western tastes. We also enjoyed the beautiful garden and the shuttle van service provided by the hotel.
The location was a major issue. The hotel was too isolated, with practically nothing to do in the area.

Lots of outdoor onsen pools. World-class dinner. All-inclusive with alcohol. Nice lounge area with live music. Excellent service from professional staff. Beautiful garden. Peaceful atmosphere. 5-star worthy.
